MK02 — Terms of Service
All bookings are strictly time-based companionship engagements conducted within legal standards. No illegal or explicit services are offered or entertained. All clients must be 18 years or older. Clients must arrive clean and sober, maintain respectful behavior, follow staff instructions, and respect privacy rules. Immediate termination may occur for aggression, threatening behavior, illegal requests, recording without consent, boundary violations, harassment, refusal to follow instructions, or any conduct that disrupts safety or discretion. No refunds are issued for sessions terminated due to misconduct. Casa de Candy reserves the right to refuse service at any time for any reason. Accepted payment methods: Tap-to-pay, credit card, debit card, cash, Apple Pay, Cash App, and Zelle. Cancellation requires two hours notice. Penalties may apply for broken rules, breach of Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, NDA, handbook rules, no-shows, chargebacks, or complaint abuse.
MK03 — Privacy Policy & NDA Framework
Information collected may include name or alias, phone number, email if provided, booking details, payment confirmation, session selection, and operational notes. Information is used solely for scheduling, communication, security, internal operational tracking, safety screening, and dispute defense. Casa de Candy does not sell or distribute client information. Exact address is shared only after booking confirmation. Clients agree not to publicly disclose location details, record audio or video, share staff identity details, or share private residence information. Violation may result in permanent ban, penalties, documentation retention, and possible legal remedies.
MK04 — Employee Handbook & Internal Operations
Staff must maintain composure and authority, enforce boundaries calmly, avoid explicit language, never negotiate pricing, and protect brand discretion. Booking intake must collect: Client name or alias. Session code: QV15, HH30, or HR60. In-call or out-call. Requested time. Payment method. Deposit status if required. Payment is collected immediately upon arrival unless a booking deposit is required. Out-call dispatch requires deposit confirmation before travel. Red flags include explicit-first requests, aggressive tone, repeated cancellation patterns, refusal to follow instructions, attempts to negotiate illegal services, chargebacks, and privacy violations. Staff may terminate service immediately for safety concerns, aggression, boundary violations, or disrespect. All incidents should be documented internally.
